At Jes Rose, we want you to love your home transformation, but if you're not completely satisfied, you can return your unused items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all vinyl products and home accessories are in their original packaging and condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive your unique Return Authorization code.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully roll your vinyl to prevent creasing and place it back in its original protective tube or box along with your return form.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix your shipping label and drop the package off at your nearest local courier point; we recommend using a tracked service for peace of mind.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
