How do I apply the vinyl wraps to my surfaces?
Applying our vinyl is a simple DIY process. Ensure your surface is clean, dry, and smooth. Slowly peel back the backing paper while smoothing the vinyl down with a squeegee or soft cloth to remove air bubbles.
Is the vinyl heat resistant for kitchen use?
Yes, our high-quality vinyl is heat resistant up to 75 degrees Celsius. It is perfect for kitchen worktops and splashbacks, though we recommend using a chopping board for hot pans to protect the finish.
How long does shipping take within the UK?
Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days. Since many of our patterns are printed to order to reduce waste, please allow an additional 2 days for processing during busy periods.
Can I remove the vinyl without damaging my furniture?
Our vinyl is designed to be removable. For the best results without residue, we recommend using a hairdryer to gently warm the adhesive before peeling it back slowly at a 45-degree angle.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on all unused and unopened rolls within 14 days of delivery. Please note that custom-sized orders or samples are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Is the vinyl waterproof and suitable for bathrooms?
Absolutely. Our vinyl is water-resistant and can be used on bathroom cabinets and tiles. However, we do not recommend using it inside shower cubicles or areas with constant standing water.
